Minted Lamb Burger
( SERVES 4 )
- Combine the lamb, shallot, mint jelly and seasoning.
- Form into four patties. Combine the yoghurt, cucumber, mint leaves and seasoning to make a sauce.
- Panfry the burgers for five minutes each side, or until cooked.
- Great served in toasted burger buns with chopped rocket, tomatoes and topped with the yoghurt sauce.
