Prawn and salmon salad
- Wash celery and trim. Slice celery finely. Wash spring onions and chop finely.
- Place salad greens on a platter or in a bowl.
- Toss through celery and spring onions. Flake salmon and toss over greens with prawns.
- Serve with lemon dressing and bread rolls.
- To prepare Lemon Dressing: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
