Mustard fruits are very easy to make and taste lovely with Christmas ham! Give your Christmas meal a variation this year by using this recipe
- Place the white wine vinegar, sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Add the dried fruit, mustard, mustard seeds, lemon juice and garlic and simmer for 30 minutes or until fruit is tender.
- Ladle fruit and liquid into jars and seal.
