- Heat oven to 160 degC fan bake. Take a standard loaf tin and grease well with butter, then sprinkle with dry breadcrumbs to coat, reserving two tablespoons of the breadcrumbs.
- Place remaining ingredients in a food processor and combine into a smooth mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Spread fish mixture into the prepared loaf tin.
- Sprinkle reserved breadcrumbs over the surface, then bake for 60 minutes or until firm. Slice and serve warm, with a dollop of your favourite mayonnaise or dip.
