Walnut chocolate brownie
- Heat oven to 160°C fan bake. Grease and line a 17 x 27cm slice tin with baking paper, leaving an overhang on all sides. Place chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and microwave to melt. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the sugar, vanilla and then the eggs. Stir in sifted flour and cocoa, then finally stir in the walnut pieces. Pour mixture into prepared tin.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Remove to cool. Dust with icing sugar and slice into squares or bars to serve.
