Sangria-infused watermelon cocktail

|1||Watermelon, cut into large dice|
|100 ml||Sugar syrup, (see recipe below)|
|240 ml||Red wine|
|120 ml||Acqua di Cedro liqueur|
|40 ml||Orange juice, or passionfruit juice|
- Combine all the ingredients and marinate the diced watermelon for at least 1 hour.
- To serve, take cocktail glasses and place pieces of the watermelon into each.
- Pour over the sangria and dress with orange segments and mint leaves.
- Combine in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
