Asian style crispy noodle salad with locusts

This fresh and tasty salad is a great way to incorporate whole insects into a meal. Either served as a side or as a main course, this is sure to get your dinner guests talking. |1 Tbsp||Olive oil|
|10 g||Lightly salted locusts|
|1 cup||Crispy noodles|
|½ tsp||Sesame seeds|
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add locusts and garlic and sauté until the garlic starts to brown.
- To make dressing, place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until combined.
- Thinly chop all other salad ingredients, and place in a mixing bowl. Pour over dressing and mix. Add the crispy noodles and mix again.
- Serve salad in a bowl and place sautéed locusts on top. Garnish with more sesame seeds.
