This easy chocolate caramel sauce is also wonderful served over icecream. You can make it in bulk and store it in the fridge. It can be reheated to soften multiple times.
- Heat sliced chocolate bars and water in a pot, stirring until melted and smooth, or place in a microwave-proof bowl and microwave in 1-minute bursts, stirring between bursts, until melted. Cover and chill until needed (it will keep for months). Reheat to serve.
- Thread fruit chunks on to wooden skewers or toothpicks. Serve fruit skewers with chocolate sauce for dipping.
