An easy family dinner. Thaw the frozen cooked prawns before using.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion and sauté on low heat, until tender. Add the celery, green capsicum, pasta sauce, pineapple and pepper, stir well, then simmer for 5 minutes. Add the prawns, stir well, then heat through. Great served on rice or pasta.
