Grilled veges with sesame sauce
( SERVES 4 )

This makes a great vegetarian side dish.
For the veges
|2 bunches||Asparagus, trimmed|
|3 long||Asian eggplants, halved lengthways|
|1 dash||Extra virgin olive oil, to brush|
|2 tsp||Toasted sesame seeds|
For the sesame sauce
- To make sauce, stir together all ingredients. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill over medium-low heat until softened and lightly browned (asparagus takes about 8 minutes and eggplant 5-6 minutes each side).
- Arrange on a platter and top with Sesame Sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
