Fish and chip wrap
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Arrange wedges and fish on the tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked and wedges crunchy.
- Fold the wrap into a cone shape and fill with salad greens and cucumber strips.
- Add the wedges and fish and finish with a dollop of tartare or mayonnaise.
