This lemony vinaigrette like sauce is a natural partner for grilled seafood and meat. Mix it into stews or soups, or simply use as a dipping sauce. Try drizzling some on to a warm salad of roasted root vegetables for a tarty lift.
In a bowl whisk dijon mustard with lemon juice. While whisking, slowly add olive oil, incorporating it well as you go. Add oregano and season to taste.
