Nalini Baruch's marinated goat cheese in olive oil, lime and garlic

- Cut the cheese into rough cubes and place on a serving plate.
- Grate the lime zest over the cheese. Put the garlic into a small bowl and whisk in the oil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Pour this over the cheese and serve with slices of crusty french bread or quality crackers.
