Creamy mashed potatoes

Ingredients

½ cup Cream, hot
1 kg Agria potato
2 Tbsp Butter
1 to taste Salt & freshly ground pepper
1 sprinkle Fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Cook 1kg of peeled and diced Agria potatoes until soft.
  2. Drain well, then mash with hot cream, butter and season well with sea salt, cracked pepper and a little chopped rosemary.
