Corned beef hash
This meal satisfies even the fussiest of eaters, and is nice with a fried egg on top.
- Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add onion and saute.
- Remove onion and put in a bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Mix well. If it doesn’t hold together, add a little milk.
- Heat more butter in the pan, then add hash mixture.
- Leave to form a crisp crust on the bottom, then mix around to get the other bits nice and crispy.
- When all is crispy, serve with a fried egg on top.
