Fennel and orange slaw

|¼||Red cabbage, shredded|
|3||Oranges, segments separated|
|¼||Green cabbage, shredded|
|1||Fennel, bulb, finely shaved|
|1||Spring onion, thinly sliced|
|2 Tbsp||Toasted sesame seeds|
|2 Tbsp||Parsley, chopped|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
- Combine the oranges, cabbages, fennel, carrot, spring onion, sesame seeds and parsley in a large bowl.
- Place all of the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake to mix.
- Season the coleslaw and add the dressing a few minutes before serving.
