Chand Sahrawat looks at food through the eyes of Zoya, her *hospobaby.
*"Hospo", short for hospitality, is a term used regularly in the hospitality industry. Chand and Sid own the restaurant Sidart in Ponsonby so Zoya has been part of the hospitality industry from day one, hence the term hospobaby.
- Heat a pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Pile up all the ingredients (leave out the jalapenos for the little people) on to 1 half of the tortilla. Fold the other half over and grill in the pan. Take off the heat once light brown in colour and slice into 3 wedges
- Serve with salsa, or ketchup for hungry little mouths.
