Mousetraps with bacon and chutney
These are great on their own or with a bowl of soup.
- Set the oven to a medium heat.
- Choose a light grainy bread. Lay slices over an oven tray and toast in the over on one side only.
- Turn the bread over and butter the untoasted side. Lightly spread with chutney of your choice.
- Snip some bacon pieces and dot these across the chutney.
- Cover well with grated tasty cheese and put back in the oven. Cook until the cheese is well melted and browning.
