Japenese-style Miso Fish
|600 g||Fish fillets, skinned and boned thick white fish|
|3 Tbsp||Miso paste, or red bean paste|
|1 Tbsp||Mirin, or white vinegar|
- Put fish in a wide, shallow microwave dish.
- Combine miso, sugar and mirin and brush over fish.
- Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the cabbage and snow peas.
- Toss with the combined lemon juice and oil.
- Excellent served with rice or noodles.
