Passionfruit salad with mango, sesame and honey

- Halve passionfruit, scoop out the pulp and place in a large bowl.
- Peel and slice the mango flesh off the stone, cut into cubes and add to the bowl with the sliced banana.
- Peel the lychees, combine with the fruit and lime juice then plate.
- Sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds, drizzle over honey and garnish with mint.
