Quick Seafood Chowder
- Place the potatoes in a large microwave-proof casserole or jug.
- Add the onion, herbs and water. Cover and microwave on high for about 6 minutes, until the potato is cooked. Stir half way through.
- Mash half the potato combo in the casserole and stir to combine.
- Stir in the milk and microwave, uncovered, until hot. Season.
- Add the seafood and cook until hot.
- Serve topped with chopped fresh herbs.
