Makes 1/2 cup.

Ingredients

3 Spring onions, chopped
2 Green chillies, seeded
1 cup Mint leaves, firmly packed
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Liquid honey, clover
3 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix to a fine paste. Serve.
