Choko tart - reader contribution
This tart is a yum way to use choko.
- Peel, seed and boil choko.
- Mash and add 1 heaped tablespoon custard powder Beat.
- Add juice of one medium lemon and half cup of sugar
- Line dish with short pastry
- Fill with choko mix
- Topping: Mix all ingredients together.
- Sprinkle on topping
- Bake 350 degC for 30 min.
