Choko chutney - reader contribution
I must admit tho that pretty much anything done in a pickle is very appealing to the taste buds,
- Peel and cut up chokos and other vegs. Sprinkle with salt and leave overnight.
- Put vinegar onto boil and add vegs. Add spice and ground ginger. Boil until tender
- Mix flour, mustard and curry powder together. Add to chokos etc and boil another 5 mins, stirring constantly.
- Put into hot jars and seal.
