Ingredients

500 g Lamb steaks
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
¼ cup Satay sauce
1 Tbsp Peanut oil
2 Pita breads, large, soft
2 cups Lettuce, shredded
¼ cup Fresh coriander, chopped
1 to serve Chilli sauce, and/or yoghurt

Directions

  1. Pre-soak four long skewers.
  2. Heat a grill. Cut the lamb in 2.5cm cubes. Thread on skewers.
  3. Combine prepared satay sauce with lemon juice and oil. Brush over meat.
  4. Grill kebabs for about 8 minutes, turning often.
  5. Halve the pitas to make 4 rounds.
  6. Top with lettuce, kebabs and coriander and roll up.
  7. Remove skewers before eating.
  8. Serve with chilli sauce and yoghurt.
