- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Place to one side. Keep warm.
- Add the onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the green pepper. Season. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave on high for about 1 minute.
- Place the steak and vegetables on the tortillas, top with sour cream and salsa and roll up.
