- Lay the wraps out on a clean bench. Divide the aioli between them and spread it over the wrap.
- Place the filling across the wrap, starting closest to you. The first layer is carrot, then cheese, shredded lettuce and finally the beef pastrami on top.
- Roll up the wrap as if you are making a sushi roll, ensuring you keep a tight grip around it to prevent the lling from falling out.
- Once it is completely rolled up, cut each roll into 3cm pinwheels.
- Serve on a platter.
