Rose petal cooler
- Place rose petals, sugar and 1 1/4 cups water in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
- Stir in rose water.
- To serve, fill glasses with crushed ice. Pour syrup into glasses and top with sparkling mineral water.
Tip: You can substitute sparkling mineral water with a budget sparkling wine.
