Tom yum goong soup and noodles
The most delicious New Year’s resolution in a bowl.
- Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for 15 minutes. Drain.
- Boil chicken stock in a large saucepan with tom yum paste.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except coriander leaves to the stock. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Divide noodles into 4 bowls. Ladle over the hot stock and top with coriander leaves. Garnish each bowl with a lime wedge.
