2 servings Grapefruit juice, 2 parts per drink, freshly squeezed (or other citrus fruit)
1 serving Tonic water, to top off each drink
1 Fresh mint, garnish each drink with a sprig

Directions

  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
  2. Add 1 part gin and 2 parts freshly squeezed grapefruit (or other citrus) juice and gently shake.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with tonic water.
