Grandma's rice pudding
- Put all the ingredients into a deep baking dish with a capacity of no less than 4 cups (1 litre). Stir and put in the oven set to 150C (not fanbake).
- Bake for 2½ hours, stirring the pudding 3 times during the first hour, then leaving it undisturbed to allow a golden skin to form.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least a few minutes before serving.
