Broccolini is a member of the brassica family and is a cross between Chinese chard and broccoli. Try it this way with subtle Asian flavours.
- Trim Broccolini.
- Steam broccolini until crisp-tender.
- Refresh in cold water and pat dry.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add grated ginger and crushed garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the broccolini and toss to heat through. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon rind and juice, and seasonings and heat through.
