Warm red cabbage, goat cheese and walnut salad

- Crumble the cheese into a bowl. Add the chives, 2 Tbsp walnut oil and red onion.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan then when hot, add the cabbage, apples and walnuts. Stir for 5 minutes then reduce the heat and add the remaining 1 Tbsp walnut oil, balsamic and seasoning.
- Simmer for two minutes, then add all the ingredients together and serve warm.
