You can't go past these for nibbles and party food. Quantities in this recipe are flexible to suit your needs.
- Marinate chicken wings in a wet mix of liquid honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and a strong brew of tea, preferably a "smoky" one. Add some roughly chopped garlic if you like.
- Place all this in a baking dish and roast in a moderate oven until the wings are cooked.
- If they are still "wet" take out the wings and boil down the marinade until it becomes sticky. Pour back over the wings and serve with lots of paper napkins.
