Sticky ginger ribs
- Preheat oven to 200C. Place the chilli, ginger, oyster sauce, five-spice and water in a baking dish and stir until well combined.
- Place the ribs in the mixture, cover with aluminium foil and cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, turn the ribs and cook for a further 30 minutes or until caramelised and tender.
Tip: Serve these ribs with a homemade coleslaw for a more substantial meal.
