Passionfruit melting moments

|120 g||Butter, (softened)|
|2 Tbsp||Icing sugar|
|½ tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
|50 g||Self raising flour|
- Preheat oven to 170C. Cream the butter and the icing sugar with the vanilla until pale. Sift the flour and cornflour together then mix with the creamed mixture until well combined.
- You can roll into small balls and place on greased oven trays, pressing down with a fork or the mixture can be piped. Bake for about 15 minutes or until pale golden.
- Beat the icing ingredients together well then use to sandwich together the cold biscuits. Dust with icing sugar.
