Strawberry, plum and marshmallow skewers
Choose a thick, ready-made chocolate sauce for this recipe.
Raspberry and rhubarb compote
- Wash plums and cut into quarters. Discard stones. Wash strawberries and hull.
- Thread plums, strawberries and marshmallows evenly on to skewers. Serve with raspberry and rhubarb compote and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
To prepare Raspberry and rhubarb compote:
- Wash and trim rhubarb. Slice finely. Place in a saucepan with raspberries and sugar.
- Cook over a medium heat until sugar dissolves and rhubarb is just cooked. Stir occasionally. Cool and refrigerate until required.
