Salmon and dill aioli pizza
- Place pizza base on a hot pizza stone or oven tray. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Bake at 220 degrees C for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cut into finger-food wedges.
- Scatter smoked salmon pieces on top. Mix ready made aioli with 2 tsp grated lemon rind, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, drained capers and ground black pepper. Dot aioli mixture over salmon.
