Cornmeal pizza with peppers and mozarella
- Place fine cornmeal, baking powder, paprika and salt in a bowl.
- Mix together with oil and water. Press dough out on baking paper to a 24cm circle.
- Place dough on a hot pizza stone or oven tray. Remove seeds from peppers and slice peppers finely.
- Cover pizza base with chilli jam and pepper slices. Slice mozzarella finely and place over peppers.
- Bake at 220 degC for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked.
