Moroccan spiced bean dip
Serve with vegetable crudités or fresh bread.
- Drain beans and mash roughly. Crush garlic, peel and chop finely.
- Heat a non-stick pan and toss garlic, cumin, coriander and paprika together for one minute or until spices smell fragrant. Remove from heat. Chop anchovies roughly and add to pan with yoghurt, lemon juice, pepper and parsley. Stir into beans and combine.
- Serve with vegetable crudités or fresh bread.
