Coriander and chilli prawns with noodles
2 cloves garlic 1 red chilli ½ teaspoon iodised salt ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander 1 tablespoon avocado oil 300g packet frozen, cooked prawns, tails attached 1 tablespoon miso paste 125g
- Crush garlic, peel and chop finely. Cut chilli in half lengthways and remove seeds. Chop chilli finely.
- Mix garlic, chilli, salt, coriander and oil together. Add prawns to a hot frying pan and heat through. Toss garlic and chilli mixture through prawns.
- Three-quarter fill a large saucepan with water. Add miso paste and stir. Add noodles to boiling water.
- Cook for two minutes. Drain. Serve noodles in bowls with prawns.
