Salmon avocado aioli bagel
- Remove skin and bones from salmon (2 x 2cm-thick salmon fillets). Rub salmon with ooroccan seasoning. Cut avocado into small cubes. Mix dill and chives into aioli. Gently stir in avocado.
- Grill salmon for three to four minutes or until cooked. Cut bagels in half and grill cut sides. Place a bagel base on a serving plate. Spread with pot roasted red pepper and basil aioli and top with a salmon fillet.
- Top with other half of toasted bagel. Repeat with second bagel and salmon fillet. Serve with a crisp green salad.
