Spiced kumara and chicken curry
- Peel kumara and carrot and chop roughly. Peel onion and chop finely. Crush garlic, peel and chop finely. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add kumara, carrot, onion and garlic. Sprinkle over moroccan spice paste.
- Cook over a medium heat tossing often for five minutes. Add chicken, tikka masala sauce and water. Combine. Cook over a low heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
- Wash spinach leaves, remove stalks and add to chicken mixture. Cook for five minutes. Serve with poppadoms.
