Salmon and cream cheese bagels
1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce 200g fresh salmon fillet 3 tablespoons lime juice 1/2 cup cream cheese 2 teaspoons capers Freshly ground black pepper 2 bagels 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves Mix
- Mix mayonnaise and horseradish sauce together. Brush salmon fillet with one tablespoon of lime juice. Mix remaining lime juice, cream cheese, capers and pepper together. Grill salmon fillet for two to three minutes on each side.
- Cut bagels in half horizontally and grill cut surfaces until golden. Divide cream cheese mixture between bagel bases and place baby spinach leaves on top. Cut salmon fillet in half. Place a piece of salmon on spinach leaves and drizzle over horseradish mayonnaise. Top with remaining bagel half.
