Spiced beef kebabs with cucumber yoghurt dressing
- Cut steak into 2cm cubes, removing all fat. Mix cardamom, cinnamon, garlic salt, nutmeg and cloves together. Roll meat cubes in spice mixture.
- Thread meat evenly on to four skewers. Brush skewers with oil. Mix yoghurt and tahini together in a small bowl. Wash cucumber and chop up finely. Mix into yoghurt mixture.
- Grill beef kebabs, turning often until cooked. Serve kebabs with yoghurt and tahini, seasonal greens and pita bread.
