
Nori chicken rolls

Ingredients
Green salad with Japanese dressing
3 handfuls | Salad greens |
1 Tbsp | Rice vinegar, or sushi vinegar |
2 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 tsp | Caster sugar |
½ tsp | Fresh ginger, grated |
2 Tbsp | Oil, corn or canola |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Slice each chicken breast into three. Wrap a 2cm wide strip of nori around each piece of chicken, tucking ends under.
- Place chicken in an oven dish and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and chicken skin is browned and crisp.
- Mix dressing ingredients with a whisk. Drizzle over salad greens prior to serving.
