Crisp grilled mushrooms on pastry rounds
- Cut pastry into 4 rounds large enough to sit mushrooms on. Place on a baking tray. Bake at 200 degC for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Wipe mushrooms clean.
- Chop nuts roughly. Mix nuts with pesto. Fill mushroom caps with pesto mixture. Grill bacon until crisp.
- Place mushrooms in a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Place a mushroom on a pastry round and top with bacon.
