Onion and bacon quiche
- Thaw pastry. Roll out on a lightly floured board to fit a 20cm flan dish. Line dish with pastry, cutting edges where necessary. Chill for 30 minutes. Prick over the base and sides of the pastry with a fork. Bake at 190C for 10 minutes.
- Mix sour cream, eggs, milk and cheese together. Wash spring onions and slice finely. Cut rind from bacon and chop bacon roughly. Mix onions and bacon into egg mixture. Pour into pastry base.
- Bake at 160degC for 35 minutes or until just set. Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
