Moroccan bean pate on crostini
( SERVES 2 )
- Cook beans according to packet directions. Drain well. Peel off outer skins. Crush garlic, peel and chop finely.
- Place garlic in the bowl of a food processor with beans, pecans, ooroccan spice mix, sage leaves, salt and pepper. Process to combine. Top crostini with paté and a slice of roasted red pepper.
