Salmon fillets with salsa verde
To prepare Salmon fillets:
- Remove any bones from fillets and place in a steamer. Cook until just cooked on the outside but still slightly rare in the middle. Serve with salsa verde.
To prepare Salsa Verde:
- Crush garlic, peel and chop roughly. Place garlic, anchovies, capers, mustard, parsley, basil, red wine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process to combine.
